How long does the delivery take?

Your goods will arrive within 1-2 working days of you placing your order. For full information about the delivery process please see our Delivery Information page

Where do your goods come from?

The majority of our goods are sourced directly from Arabic Countries. Countries of origin are listed in product descriptions.

Is it safe to pay through your website?

Yes. All payments to our online Arabic Groceries are processed through Paypal secure online banking. All international payments are encrypted and none of your payment information is accessible by Aswaq Mekkah. We accept payment in pounds, dollars and euros using all major credit and debit cards.

Do you ship throughout the AU?

Yes. Provided you are on the mainland, we ship throughout the AU for free if you spend more. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to destinations, such as offshore islands, which are not accessible by road.

Can I make changes to my order once I have placed it?

Yes, but you will need to email or phone our office before 5pm on the same working day. Otherwise your order will have been shipped.

Can you get a product for me that I can’t find on your website?

Yes. We often stock products based on customer recommendations. Please either call our office on 020 3712 0429 or send your suggestion to our ‘Suggest a Product’ feature. We will let you know whether we are able to stock a product and if so when it will be in stock.

Can I place my order in Arabic?

Yes. When you call our office, we will arrange for you to be called back in Arabic on the same working day.
