The majority of nuts contain poly and monounsaturated fats, which are good for you. A two ounce serving of nuts everyday is a great and delicious way to up your daily intake of protein, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats.

We “dry roast” almost all of our nuts and seeds, which means they are roasted using an indirect heat, dry air method. Some of our nuts are “wet roasted” which basically means fried.
